Key Responsibilities:
- Manage planning, scheduling, and execution of mechanical wet and dry system installations
- Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with design drawings, codes, and project requirements
- Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, civil, and architectural trades to maintain project flow
- Monitor budgets, procurement, and resource allocation for mechanical systems
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of wet and dry systems
- Provide leadership to site teams and technical guidance to engineers and superintendents
- Report progress to senior management and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
Education & Skills:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Strong technical knowledge of wet and dry mechanical systems
- Familiarity with BIM coordination and mechanical drawings
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Salary:
- Up to $130k base
- Base + 12% for Texas role
- Relocation or Per Diem
