Electrical Construction Manager – LSS/Telecom/LV – Boise, ID / Amarillo, TX – Mission Critical Experience

Overview: Construction Manager specializing in low voltage electrical systems, including telecom, communications, security, and life safety. Experienced in planning, coordinating, and delivering complex scopes of work within large-scale construction projects, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.

Specific Project Experience:

Mission Critical – Data Center / Semiconductor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage planning, scheduling, and execution of low voltage scopes (telecom, data, fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV, PA systems)
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to drawings, codes, and project requirements
  • Coordinate low voltage works with mechanical, electrical, and architectural trades to maintain project flow
  • Monitor budgets, procurement, and resource allocation for low voltage systems
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of systems to ensure quality and compliance
  • Provide leadership to site teams and technical guidance to engineers and superintendents
  • Report progress to senior management and ensure stakeholder satisfaction

Education & Skills:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • Strong technical knowledge of low voltage systems and life safety codes
  • Familiarity with BIM coordination and electrical drawings
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Salary:

  • Up to $130k base
  • Base + 12% for Texas role
  • Relocation or Per Diem
