Key Responsibilities:
- Manage planning, scheduling, and execution of low voltage scopes (telecom, data, fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV, PA systems)
- Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to drawings, codes, and project requirements
- Coordinate low voltage works with mechanical, electrical, and architectural trades to maintain project flow
- Monitor budgets, procurement, and resource allocation for low voltage systems
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of systems to ensure quality and compliance
- Provide leadership to site teams and technical guidance to engineers and superintendents
- Report progress to senior management and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
Education & Skills:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Strong technical knowledge of low voltage systems and life safety codes
- Familiarity with BIM coordination and electrical drawings
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Salary:
- Up to $130k base
- Base + 12% for Texas role
- Relocation or Per Diem
